Hello there! I am honored to be serving as the 2025-2026 PTO President! I am the proud parent of 3 Nixa Eagles: a 4th grader, a 2nd grader, and one little Future Eagle! My husband Greg is my comedic relief, my 24/7 tech support, and my rock. For work, I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 13 years, but since having children, I've only worked part-time. This allows me time to stay involved in the wonderful JTSD community.
I can’t wait to see what STEAMazing things we accomplish together this year!
Hello! I'm honored to serve as the Treasurer for the 2025–2026 JTSD PTO Board.
My husband, Jay, and I own Eagle Pride Automotive here in Nixa—he manages daily operations, and I handle the financial side. Our daughter is in 3rd grade and has been at JTSD since kindergarten. We’re proud to be Nixa Eagles and support our schools! In addition to our business, I’ve worked at Mercy for nearly 12 years, serving in both human resources and nursing administration. I'm so excited for the year ahead and look forward to all the amazing things we'll accomplish together!
I’m excited to serve as the Secretary for the JTSD PTO during the 2025–2026 school year! My husband and I have two children—Ethan is in Kindergarten at JTSD, and Evelynn attends preschool at the ELC. I work in construction operations and also run a small business offering executive support services. I’m passionate about building community, staying organized (hello, spreadsheets!), and supporting our amazing teachers and students however I can.
I’m honored to serve as one of the Vice Presidents on the JTSD PTO Board for the 2025–2026 school year. My husband and I are proud products of Nixa Public Schools, and now we’re raising our four children in the same community. Two of our kids attend JTSD—Noelle is in 5th grade and Creek is in 3rd. I work as a Data-Driven Instructional Specialist for Springfield Public Schools and have been in education for 14 years. I’m excited to support JTSD and be a part of all the amazing things happening here!
My name is Lisa Searles and I have a grandson who will be starting JTSD this fall as a Kindergartener. I moved down to Missouri from Seward, Nebraska in 1992. I moved back to Nixa a couple of years ago. My grandson, daughter, and mother all live with me; plus our 4 cats and my mom's 1 cat. As you can tell, we are cat people. I like to read and do a variety of crafts. I have worked for the Springfield Public School District for 8 years so far.
I, along with my wife Jessica, have been an active part of the Nixa community for 20 years. I work for Aon as an insurance broker, helping large businesses manage their total cost of risk. I am also on the Nixa Care to Learn Board. Jessica owns and operates Plumb Lily Boutique here in Nixa, and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Our four children will all attend JTSD for Kindergarten through sixth grade.
My husband, Billy, and I have two kids - a second grader at JTSD and a preschooler at the ELC. I love spending time with family and friends, particularly playing card and board games. This is my first year serving on the JTSD PTO Executive Board, and I am excited to help provide additional opportunities for parents, students, teachers, and the community to connect.
